Auckland FC have just announced an additional 4 players who will be playing for the Auckland FC OFC Pro League Team starting January 2026. These four players have all been promoted from the Auckland FC Reserves team after each one has had a stand-out season in the Northern/National League 2025.
The new OFC Pro League players for Auckland FC are:
- Ralph Rutherford – Winger
- Everton O’Leary – Right Back
- Blake Callinan – Goalkeeper
- Eli Jones – Goalkeeper
Honestly, for us there are no surprises here. Ralph scored some amazing goals throughout the season (you can see some of them in our goals playlist on YouTube). Everton has always been a rock at the back and Blake and Eli have been so good in goal despite their young age (I even created a short vid with all the saves Blake made in one of the matches).
Another great player from the Auckland FC Reserves who will be playing in the OFC Pro League is Semi Nabenu BUT he will be playing for the new Fijian club Bula FC (understandable due to his Fijian heritage).
