On a chilly Saturday night, Rob was at Riverhills Park for the league match between Fencibles United AFC and Western Springs AFC. There was a lot riding on this match, if Western Springs AFC won, it would pretty much secure the Northern League title for them as they were already top of the table. While Fencibles United AFC needed this win to try and keep out of the relegation zone.
This game was one of the best games I have seen in a while. Fencibles United were up 1-0 then ended up being down 1-3 in the 60th minute. Fencibles did get a goal soon after but were still down 2-3 at the 90th minute. However, Fencibles scored a goal to draw the match in the 91st minute and 3 minutes later they scored the winning goal for Fencibles United. Of course the local crowd went wild. Rob of course was in the thick of the celebration as you will see in the video.
